Journal ng pagsasakatuparan

 Ang aking pagsasakatuparan

 

        Karamihan sa mga tao ay may isang buhay na pinapayagan silang kumain ng masarap na pagkain 3 beses sa isang araw. Sa una ay hindi ko ito masyadong inisip kung tutuusin, karamihan sa mga tao ay makakagawa nito ng 3 beses sa isang araw at hindi ito gaanong iniisip, iyon ay ako bago ko mapanood ang dokumentaryong ito mula sa GMA I-Witness: 'Minsan sa Isang Taon,' dokumentaryo ni Kara David.




         Ang kanilang Pamilya ay higit na umaasa sa mga potato na sanhi ng ilang mga anak na malnutrisyon, ngunit Minsan sa isang taon (nasa pamagat) makakakain sila ng masasarap na pagkain sapagkat doon natapos ang kanilang ama sa pag-aani ng mga puno ng Abaca para sa kanilang hibla, ngayon ay isang napaka-espesyal na araw sa kanila, sapagkat sa wakas ay makakakain sila ng ibang bagay maliban sa matamis na potatos, Ngunit sa amin ito ay isa pang ordinaryong araw. Matapos ang dokumentaryong ito ay mas nagpapasalamat ako sa buhay na ibinigay sa akin ng aking mga magulang, ang mga bata sa dokumentaryo ay nagsusumikap upang mapabuti ang buhay para sa kanila ang kailangan ko lang ay mag-aral nang mabuti.


      Kaya't inaasahan kong ang ibang mga tao na nanood nito ay nararamdaman din na higit na nagpapasalamat sa buhay na mayroon sila, dahil tulad ng ipinakita sa dokumentaryo hindi lahat ay nagkakaroon ng kasiyahan sa mundong ito.

Chicharon (Food Review)

     Before going to review Chicharon you should probably know how it's made.

Review time


    Look at that! makes me hungry, although it looks good, does it taste good? well, that depends on your tastes, personally I enjoy its flavor. Though the flavor is not what I know it for, for me, its signature characteristic is its glorious crunch.

    Aaaah, that is pure quality ASMR right there. See what I mean when I say it has a glorious crunch, although if not properly fried it may be hard to chew on that just depends on who made it. Now it's time to collect other people's thoughts on Chicharon, that is why I have asked my sister to give it a try and tell me her views on it.

My sister says

    It is a bit chewy, though it is very crunchy. It has a soft bottom and it is a bit salty but it has a very good aftertaste.

My Sister's ratings  

She rates it 4/5 because it was a bit hard.

What I say

    Very crunchy (glorious crunch), I can taste the pork very good when paired with vinegar (though it might lose a bit of its crunch so I prefer it without vinegar or special sauce). Honestly, it was a bit hard to bite on.

Conclusion 

Chicharon is a very good Filipino dish because of its glorious crunch and the memories you make while eating this amazing dish, really suggest you try it (you won't regret it).
